Shipping & Handling
We accept orders from and deliver to all countries worldwide! Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door. Our handling time is 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight and price of your items along with the destination. We charge only shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money. For UK customers shipping free. For Europe and World we offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
Shipping time takes:
a) For United Kingdom customers, it takes 1-2 business days 1st class, 2nd class 2-3 days
b) For France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it take 4 to 7 business days.
c) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 5 to 10 business days.
We will ship your purchase with UK Royal Mail. If your item cost up to £22 we will use Standard Rate Shipping, If your item cost more than £22, we will use Tracked & Signed Shipping.
After we dispatch your parcel, we will email you a tracking number (this will be based on your email preferences). If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.
Please be patient. Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch process. If you require additional information on the location of your order, please contact us.
Warranty and Return Policy
We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received or it is with some defects, please let us know within 7 days after receiving it by email. Include the number of your order and as many details as you can about the order and the problem with it, including a picture of the faulty/incorrect or defective product and we will try to get a solution sorted out for you. In the case of a faulty/incorrect or defective item, return shipping is covered by us.You have 14 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number.
Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period of one month (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is. We don’t repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious colour difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately.
Upon receiving the returned item, we check if it hasn't been used or further damaged. The exchangeable item must be in its original condition, including the tags and labels. If it meets our standards, your refund will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned product. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us defective.
You can return/exchange items within 14 business days after receiving it. If you're returning/exchanging an item because it was faulty or defective, we cover the shipping. If the reason for your return/exchange is an incorrect size or you simply not liking the received item, then, however, you are held responsible for shipping expenses.
Lost or Damaged Inland or International Royal Mail
If you do not received your parcel:
UK customers - 10 working days from dispatching day,
Europe customers - 15 working days from dispatching day,
Rest of the world - 20 working days from dispatching day,
we will fully refund your order's costs and report a fault Royal Mail and claim for lost.
If claiming for the actual cost of items that have been damaged or have part of their contents missing, you should provide the original packaging
and item. We also wont that you photograph the item and packaging before posting them to as. If all of the packaging and contents are not provided or retained, refund may not be paid.
Reporting a Fault can we as "Sender" and you as "Recipient", please let as now your decision.
Custom and Import Duties
The pickup transport is already paid for, but if you live outside EU, you may have to pay local customs and VAT. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, Camera Accessories Outdoors has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be. If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
